10 minute food delivery startup Swish raises $24-M
Bengaluru-based Swish has raised INR 224.54 crore (approximately USD 24 million) in an extended Series B funding round led by Bertelsmann India, with participation from existing investors including Bain Capital Ventures, Accel India and Hara Global. Post-money, the company’s valuation is estimated to reach USD 175 million, representing an increase from its previous valuation of USD 126 million. Following the investment, Bertelsmann India will hold an 8.67% stake in the firm.Founded in 2024 by Aniket Shah, Sureshkumar Saran, and Ujjwal Sukheja, the company operates a 10-minute food delivery model utilizing a network of cloud kitchens located near demand clusters. The firm plans to use the capital to support its operations and scale its delivery network.
Between Oct 2024 and Mar 2026, Swish had attracted about $ 46 M from Accel India, Bain Capital Ventures, Others.For FY25, Swish had reported about INR 4 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 19 Cr in Net loss.
