360 ONE Asset closes fifth private credit fund with $400-M corpus
Mumbai-based 360 ONE Asset has closed its fifth private credit fund, raising USD 400 million (about INR 3,500 crore) from pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. The fund aims to provide structured and innovative credit solutions to companies.360 ONE Asset's private credit business manages credit assets worth approximately INR 15,200 crore. The firm manages about USD 11 Billion in total assets, with approximately USD 6 Billion in private markets. The firm's private credit platform focuses on sector-agnostic, secured, performing credit opportunities such as acquisition finance, growth capital, refinancing, and event-driven financing.
