360 ONE Asset Management has backed Hyderabad-based hearing care provider Hearzap’s acquisition of Gurugram-headquartered rival Amplifon India . The target has a network of about 240 hearing care points of sale across India.The transaction involves the acquisition of approximately 240 hearing care points of sale from Amplifon India, which are currently supported by nearly 460 service providers. Following the completion of the acquisition, the combined entity expects to operate a network of 430 points of sale with a workforce of over 1,000 service providers.Founded by S Raja, Hearzap provides hearing care services and operates as a network for audiology solutions. The company intends to use the integration to strengthen its presence in key markets, invest in innovation and talent, and increase access to hearing healthcare across India.Bengaluru-based Owners ID has raised USD 260,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Crucifer Investments.Founded in 2025 by Jesintha Louis, Owners ID provides a recovery technology platform designed to facilitate the return of lost items by connecting finders with owners.The startup plans to use the capital to accelerate product development, strengthen its technology stack, scale manufacturing, enhance its mobile application, and integrate AI-powered recovery capabilities. The funds will also be used to expand its brand visibility and drive growth.
