360 ONE raises Rs 2,300-Cr fund
360 ONE Asset Management has raised INR 2,300 Cr through a Category II alternative investment fund. The fund mobilized capital from global institutional investors including CDPQ, along with contributions from ultra-high-net-worth individuals and select family offices across India.The newly raised fund is directed towards infrastructure and income-generating commercial real estate assets, with a large portion of the capital already deployed in transactions involving Knowledge Realty Trust, Vertis Infrastructure Trust, Maple Infrastructure Trust, and Brookfield-backed Bluegrass Business Park.
