3one4 Capital, an early-stage venture capital has promoted Anurag Ramdasan to partner and Richard Pinto, Yash Baid and Ashwini Thulsaram to principal. The firm also hired Nruthya Madappa as principal. Pinto heads portfolio management and finance, Baid heads research, and Thulsaram heads governance and business integrity at the firm.
