3one4 Capital partially exits fintech co. Dhan’s parent Raise Financial with 65% IRR

Venture Capital firm 3one4 Capital has made a partial exit from Mumbai-based Raise Financial Services , the parent company of fintech platform Dhan, as part of the recent USD 120 million Series B fundraise led by Hornbill Capital. 3one4 realized approximately 65% in internal rate of return (IRR) on the part exit.Founded in 2021 by Pravin Jadhav, Raise Financial provides money management and financial planning services through its platforms: Dhan-a stock trading platform; Upsurge.club- a stock market learning platform; Filter Coffee - a media platform for business insights; and Fuzz AI - a financial research assistant.

3one4 Capital first invested in Raise as a part of the Series A round in Jan-22 and had invested until the Series B round in May-24. Other investors in Raise Financial include Blume Ventures, Mirae Asset Global Investments, Whiteboard Capital, Beenext, rocketship.vc, DSP Family Office, MUFG Innovation Partners, Orchid Asia and others.For FY24, Raise Financial had reported about INR 373 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 155 Cr in PAT.
