4 foreign investors offload 13% stake in NBFC Northern Arc Capital
Foreign investors Accion International, LeapFrog Financial, Eight Roads, and Augusta Investments (Affirma Capital) have offloaded a combined 13.12% stake in Northern Arc Capital through open-market transactions. The transactions were executed at a price of INR 278 per share.LeapFrog Financial Inclusion India (II) sold a 2.87% stake, while Eight Roads Investments Mauritius II sold a 5.31% stake. Augusta Investments II offloaded a 1.44% stake for INR 65 crore, and Accion Africa-Asia Investment Company sold a 3.48% stake.
LeapFrog Financial, Eight Roads Ventures, Accion International and Affirma Capital first invested in Northern Arc Capital in Mar 2014, Oct 2016, Oct 2016, Dec 2016, respectively. The company went public in Sep 2024, as part of which LeapFrog Financial and Eight Roads Ventures had made a part exit.
