A91 Partners, Xponentia, others sell shares of electronic control unit maker Sedemac in Rs.1,456-Cr

Institutional investors A91 Partners, Xponentia, NJRN Family Trust, and Mace have cumulatively offloaded shares worth INR 1,456.4 Cr in Pune-based Sedemac via multiple bulk deals. The transaction follows the expiry of the lock-in period for the company’s initial public offering (IPO).The bulk deals saw A91 Partners sell 16.10 lakh shares and Xponentia divest 16.85 lakh shares. Additionally, Mace sold 7.28 lakh shares, while NJRN Family Trust sold 4.5 lakh shares. This marks the second time these investors have reduced their stake in the company since the IPO earlier this year.Sedemac, founded in 2007 by Shashikanth Suryanarayana, Pushkaraj Panse, Manish Sharma, and Amit Dixit, specializes in the design and manufacturing of electronic control systems primarily for the mobility sector, which accounts for about 86% of the company's total revenue.For the quarter ending in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, the company reported a net profit of INR 33.3 Cr on an operating revenue of INR 309.8 Cr.

Between May 2010 and Apr 2025, Sedemac Mechatronics had attracted about $ 127 M from Catamaran, White Oak Capital Management, 360 ONE, A91 Partners, Capri Global Holdings, Xponentia Capital, Raintree Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Others.
