Aadyah Aerospace raises Rs 31.5-Cr Series A

Bengaluru-based aerospace and defence-tech startup Aadyah Aerospace has raised INR 31.5 Cr in a Series A funding round led by Helios Holdings, with participation from another angel investor Meenu Sharma.Founded in 2016 by former ISRO scientists and aerospace veterans, Aadyah Aerospace specializes in the development of mission-critical systems and subsystems, including propulsion systems, avionics, guidance and navigation technologies, and electro-mechanical actuators.The new funds will be used to finance the acquisition of a US-based firm, as well as to support working capital requirements and general business operations.To date, the company has raised over USD 8.4 million from various investors including SiriusOne and Keiretsu Forum. Aadyah Aerospace reported a profit of INR 1.47 Cr for the fiscal year 2025.
