ABSL Structured Opportunities Fund Series 2 makes first close at Rs.700-Cr
Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has announced the first close of its Structured Opportunities Fund - Series II, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), raising INR 700 crore, including co-investments. The fund plans to raise INR 1,250 crore with a greenshoe option of INR 1,250 crore, aiming for a total possible mobilization of INR 2,500 crore.The fund focuses on performing credit opportunities, offering bespoke capital solutions across growth, strategic, and opportunistic requirements.
