Accel, Avatar Ventures sell Amagi Media shares worth Rs 587.3 Cr
Accel India (via its units Accel Growth VI Holdings (Mauritius), Accel India VI (Mauritius)) and Avataar Venture Partners (via its units and AVP I Fund and Trudy Holdings), have sold a combined 4.85% stake in Amagi Media Labs in a block deal worth INR 587.3 crore on the National Stock Exchange. The transaction involved the sale of 1.04 crore shares at a price of INR 560 per share.Amagi Media Labs is a technology firm that provides cloud-based broadcast and streaming infrastructure.
Accel India first invested in Amagi Media Labs in Sep 2021. The company went public in Jan 2026, as part of which, Accel India had made a part exit.
