Accel, 360 ONE sell shares of jewellery retailer BlueStone via Rs.513-Cr block deals

Institutional investors Accel and 360 ONE have offloaded a cumulative 61.98 lakh shares of Bengaluru-based omnichannel jewellery retailer BlueStone through a series of bulk and block deals.BlueStone, founded in 2011 by Gaurav Singh Kushwaha and Vidya Nataraj, operates a network of 352 stores across 139 cities. The company sells a wide range of jewellery, including rings, pendants, and earrings. The newly offloaded shares represent approximately 4% of the company's total equity.Accel had held a 10.1% stake, while 360 ONE held a 3.8% stake in BlueStone as of June 30, 2026.This transaction follows a previous exit by the same investors in June, when they offloaded 46.4 lakh shares for INR 242.8 Cr.

Between Jan 2012 and May 2025, BlueStone had attracted about $ 325 M from Peak XV Partners, InnoVen Capital, Prosus Ventures, Steadview Capital, Think Investments, 360 ONE, Accel India, Kalaari Capital, Saama Capital, Others.For FY26, BlueStone had reported about INR 2,441 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 26 Cr in PAT.
