Accel India, Google back five startups in Atoms AI cohort
Accel and Google’s AI Futures Fund (AIFF) have selected five startups for the 2026 Atoms AI Cohort, a program supporting early-stage companies developing artificial intelligence tools. These startups will each receive USD 2 million in funding, split between Accel and the Google AI Futures Fund, along with up to USD 350,000 in cloud and computing credits from Google’s AI platforms, including Google Cloud, Gemini, and Google DeepMind resources.The selected companies, chosen from over 4,000 applicants, operate across scientific research, enterprise software, voice AI, consumer entertainment, and industrial automation.Bengaluru & San Francisco-based Dodge.ai is building autonomous AI agents for ERP system modernisation.Bengaluru & Singapore-based Persistence Labs focuses on voice AI for call-centre operations.K-Dense is developing an AI "co-scientist" for discovery in life sciences, physics, and chemistry.Zingroll is creating AI-native entertainment and streaming experiences for consumers.LevelPlane specializes in industrial automation for precision manufacturing in automotive and aerospace.
