Accel sells shares worth Rs.156-Cr in logistics co. BlackBuck

Accel India has sold about 27 lakh shares of logistics company BlackBuck through an open-market transaction, totalling INR 155.5 Cr. The transaction was executed at INR 576.05 per share, representing a 1.5% stake in the firm. Accel had held a 7.17% stake in the company through its affiliate, Accel India IV (Mauritius), as of the end of June 2026.Founded in 2015 by Rajesh Yabaji, Chanakya Hridaya, and R Balasubramaniam, BlackBuck operates an online B2B (business-to-business) marketplace for inter-city full truckload transportation. The company also provides vehicle financing services and telematics solutions to truck operators. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27, BlackBuck reported a net profit of INR 42.2 Cr, marking a 25% increase compared to the previous year, while revenue from operations grew by 42% year-on-year to INR 204.2 Cr.

Accel India first invested in BlackBuck in Jun 2015. The company went public in Nov 2024, as part of which, Accel India had made a partial exit. It subsequently sold shares in Jun 2025.For FY26, BlackBuck had reported about INR 641 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 164 Cr in PAT.
