Accenture to invest $350-M to acquire majority stake in GCC enabler ANSR at $1-B valuation

Global IT services and consulting firm Accenture is in talks to increase its current minority stake in Bengaluru-based ANSR to a majority holding. Accenture, which currently holds a 23% stake in the company, may invest approximately USD 350-M to secure a controlling interest.ANSR is a platform and service company founded in 2015 that specializes in the establishment of global capability centres (GCCs). To date, the company has facilitated the setup of over 210 such centers for various multinational corporations.The company previously raised USD 170-M in July 2024 at a valuation of approximately USD 700-M.

Between Jun 2015 and May 2021, ANSR Consulting had attracted about $ 25 M from Evolvence, Sistema Asia Fund, Accel India.For FY25, ANSR Consulting had reported about INR 45 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 10 Cr in PAT.
