Accounting firm KNAV raises follow-on investment from NKSquared
Mumbai- and Atlanta, Georgia (USA)-based global accounting and consulting firm KNAV has raised a follow-on investment from NKSquared, the investment firm of Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath.Founded in 1999, KNAV operates across seven countries and claims to serve more than 1,500 enterprises. The firm plans to use the new funds to pursue acquisitions and enter new markets and also invest in people and capabilities. Additionally, a portion of the capital is earmarked for the firm’s ongoing automation and artificial intelligence deployment across its service lines.
In Sep 2024, KNAV raised a minority investment from Nikhil Kamath.For FY25, KNAV had reported about INR 5 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.1 Cr in Net Loss.
