ACME Cleantech Ventures to raise $600-M from Brookfield for green molecule projects

Global investment firm Brookfield is to invest USD 600 million in Gurugram-based ACME Cleantech Ventures to support the development of green molecule projects across India and the Middle East. The capital will be deployed through the Brookfield Global Transition Fund, marking the firm's entry into the green molecules sector.ACME’s green molecules business produces green hydrogen-derived fuels and chemicals, including green ammonia and green methanol. The company has projects in Odisha and Rajasthan and is expanding its green-fuels portfolio for applications including shipping and other industrial sectors.
