Actis acquires Vindhyachal Expressway from EPC co. Kalpataru for Rs.775-Cr

Mumbai-based, publicly listed EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) company Kalpataru Projects International Ltd is to sell its entire 100% stake in Vindhyachal Expressway Pvt Ltd for INR 775 crore to Actis Atlantic Holdings Ltd .Vindhyachal Expressway designs, constructs, and maintains highways. For FY24 it had reported revenues of about INR 85.07 crore and had a networth of INR 144.55 crore.
