Actis sells more Pine Labs shares in Rs.371-Cr bulk deal
UK-headquartered private equity firm Actis has offloaded 2.39 crore shares of Pine Labs in a bulk deal worth INR 371 crore. The transaction was executed via Actis Pine Labs Investment Holdings at INR 155.17 per share.Actis first invested in the company in 2018 when it led an USD 82 million funding round, and the firm previously offloaded shares worth INR 194.7 crore during the company’s IPO in November 2025.This transaction is the second stake sale by Actis within a week, following a previous block deal on June 19 where the firm sold 98.28 lakh shares for INR 151.6 crore.
Actis first invested in Pine Labs in Mar 2018. The company went public in Nov-2025, as part of which Actis sold shares worth INR 194.7 crore.For FY26, Pine Labs had reported about INR 1,926 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 150 Cr in PAT.
