Adaptive furniture maker Water raises $2.5 M led by Endiya Partners

Hyderabad-based startup Water has raised USD 2.5 million in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners. The investment round also saw participation from well known badminton coach Pullela Gopichand, Rohit Chennamaneni, Nandan Reddy, and other angel investors.Founded in 2024 by Teja Vinukollu and Haneesh Mourya Desu, the company develops adaptive surfaces such as the flow chair and cama bed. These products are powered by Vortex, a foundational model designed to understand human body interactions with physical environments.The company plans to use the new funds for technical validation as it works to develop an intelligence layer for adaptive surfaces that can respond to the human body in real time. The firm intends to expand its technology beyond chairs and beds to other physical environments.
