ADIA offloads eyewear retailer Lenskart’s shares worth Rs.1,960-Cr
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), via its unit Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust, has offloaded 4 crore shares of eyewear retailer Lenskart in a block deal worth INR 1,960 crore (at INR 490 per share).
ADIA had invested $500 M in Lenskart as part of a secondary round in March 2023. The company went public in Oct 2025.For FY25, Lenskart had reported about INR 4,039 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 188 Cr in PAT.
