Adobe acquires marketing intelligence co. Rilo
US-based, publicly listed tech giant Adobe has acquired marketing intelligence company Rilo in a transaction involving the licensing of its technology and the onboarding of its team. This acquisition marks Adobe’s second transaction in India. Rilo’s existing investors are expected to make an exit.Founded in 2025 by Georgi Boby and Dhruv Jaglan, Rilo develops AI-powered tools designed to automate marketing and sales workflows for go-to-market teams. The company previously raised funding from Peak XV Partners, DeVC, and Day Zero Ventures at a valuation of USD 10-M.Following the acquisition, Rilo will discontinue its platform, and its products will no longer be available to current customers. Adobe intends to integrate Rilo’s intellectual property and its six-member team to complement its existing marketing and customer experience products.
