Adobe acquires video creation platform Rephrase.ai
US-based, publicly-listed tech giant Adobe has acquired Bengaluru-based, Generative AI-powered video creation platform Rephrase.ai. This is Adobe's first acquisition in India. Rephrase claims to eliminate the complexity of video production, enabling the user to create professional-looking videos with a digital avatar in minutes.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Feb 19 and Jun 20, Rephrase.ai had raised over USD 12 M from Red Ventures, Silver Lake, 8VC, and others.
