Adult diaper maker Nobel Hygiene plans $300-M India IPO

Nobel Hygiene is exploring an initial public offering in India to raise up to $300-M. The company has initiated talks with investment banks regarding a potential listing and may appoint advisors in the coming weeks. The proposed transaction may include a mix of fresh share issuance and secondary sales by existing investors.Founded in 2000 by Kamal Johari, the company makes hygiene products tailored to Indian consumers. Nobel Hygiene, which is backed by Quadria Capital, expects to use the potential proceeds to support its capital requirements and growth initiatives.

Between Jun 2021 and May 2025, Nobel Hygiene had attracted about USD 118 M from Quadria, Sixth Sense Ventures and NEO Alternative Asset Managers.For FY25, Nobel Hygiene had reported about INR 803 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 11 Cr in Net loss.
