Advent Intl, Aster DM Quality Care in talks to acquire Yatharth Hospitals
Advent International and fellow PE investor Blackstone-backed Aster DM Quality Care are in talks to acquire a controlling stake in Noida-based Yatharth Hospitals and Trauma Care Services .Founded by the Tyagi family and Kapil Kumar, Yatharth Hospitals operates approximately nine hospitals in Northern India, with a current capacity of over 2,800 beds. The firm maintains an expansion roadmap targeting a total capacity of 5,000 beds within three years. Should the transaction proceed, it would trigger an open offer for an additional 26% of the company’s equity.
