Advisory firm Kayess Square raises Rs.10-Cr from Vakil Housing
Bengaluru-based Kayess Square has raised INR 10 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Vakil Housing. Additional participants in the round included Parthasarathy NS, Ramakrishna, Umashankar, Raveen Sastry, Vadiraj Katti, Suresh Pillay, and Anand Narayanan.Co-founded in 2017 by Sathya Pramod and Shivadutt Bannanje, Kayess Square is a finance, risk, governance, and transaction advisory firm. The company provides CFO advisory, mergers and acquisitions and transaction advisory, due diligence, valuation, risk management, tax advisory, and secretarial services to businesses across various stages and sectors. It plans to use the new funds to strengthen its core practice areas, enhance its advisory services, attract talent, deepen domain expertise, and expand into key business geographies.
