Affordable housing firm ATS HomeKraft repays Rs.1,250-Cr to HDFC Capital; Rs.190-Cr to SWAMIH fund
Noida-based ATS HomeKraft has repaid INR 1,250 crore to HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund-2, using project cash flows. This repayment was sourced from a portfolio of projects comprising over 7,500 units, with a total sales value of INR 8,000 crore, where funding was largely committed during the Covid-19 slowdown.In a separate transaction, the ATS Group also prepaid INR 190 crore to the state-backed SWAMIH Investment Fund I given for its ATS Marigold project on the Dwarka Expressway.
HDFC Capital first invested in ATS HomeKraft in 2011 and had invested until 2021. Other investors in the company include Piramal Finance, Motilal Oswal Alternates, ASK Group and ICICI Prudential PMS.
