Agentic AI co. RapidCanvas in talks to raise $30-M led by Vertex Ventures
Hyderabad- and Austin, Texas (US)-based agentic AI company RapidCanvas is in talks to raise USD 20-30 million (about INR 190-290 crore) funding led by Singapore-based Vertex Ventures (contributing USD 20 million), with additional participation from existing investors and potentially a new investor, at a post-money valuation of around USD 120 million.RapidCanvas is an agentic AI company. The firm plans to use the newly raised capital to support its ongoing development and growth initiatives.

Between Mar 2024 and Dec 2024, RapidCanvas had attracted about USD 24 M from Accel India, Peak XV Partners, Titanium Ventures and others.For FY25, RapidCanvas had reported about INR 16.63 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1.76 Cr in PAT.
