Bengaluru- and San Francisco, CA (USA)-based Emergent , an agentic vibe-coding platform, has raised USD 70 million in Series B funding from Khosla Ventures and SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with participation from Prosus, Lightspeed, Together, and Y Combinator.Founded in 2024 by Mukund Jha and Madhav Jha, Emergent provides an AI-native platform that enables users to create production-ready web and mobile applications through natural language, without writing code.The company plans to use the new capital to expand its team in India and the United States, deepen its product offerings, and accelerate global expansion.
Between Sep 2024 and Sep 2025, Emergent Labs had attracted about USD 30 M from Lightspeed Ventures, Prosus Ventures, Together Fund, Y Combinator Continuity Fund, and others.
