Agri-drone maker Garuda Aerospace raises Rs.4-Cr from cricketer MS Dhoni

Chennai-based agriculture-focused drone manufacturer Garuda Aerospace has raised INR 4 crore from MS Dhoni ahead of its preparation for an IPO. With this investment, Dhoni has raised his stake to 1.1%. Garuda is a player in the agricultural and consumer drone sectors and is now looking to expand globally.

Between May 2022 and Feb 2023, Garuda Aerospace had raised about USD 19 M from Ocgrow ventures, SphitiCap,Claris Capital and others.
