AI cloud infra startup Neysa raises $600-M led by Blackstone at $1.4 B valuation
US-headquartered PE investor Blackstone, along with co-investors, is to acquire over a 50% stake in Mumbai-based artificial intelligence (AI) acceleration cloud platform Neysa , which is raising USD 1.2 Billion through an equal mix of debt and equity at an enterprise valuation of USD 1.4 Billion. Blackstone will provide USD 600 million in equity along with other investors including TVS Capital, 360 ONE Assets, Nexus Ventures and Teachers’ Venture Growth. Neysa will also secure USD 600 million in debt financing.Launched in 2023 by Sharad Sanghi and Anindya Das, Neysa offers compute power and software tools to build, run, and manage AI applications for businesses ranging from large enterprises to startups and even government clients. The fresh funding will assist Neysa’s planned scale-up and deployment of over 20,000 GPUs in India.
Between Mar 2024 and Jan 2026, Neysa had attracted about USD 113 M from Anchorage Capital Partners, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Z47, Blackstone and othersFor FY25, Neysa had reported about INR 12 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 55 Cr in Net Loss.
