AI coding startup Emergent raises $130-M from Creaegis, Sentinel Global, Manipal Group investment fi

Bengaluru-based Emergent Labs has raised USD 130 million in a Series C funding round co-led by Creaegis, Sentinel Global as well as Manipal Group investment firms, MNI Ventures and Claypond Capital. Existing investors Khosla Ventures, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Lightspeed, and Y Combinator also participated in the transaction.Founded by Mukund Jha, Emergent provides a vibe coding platform designed to assist small and medium businesses with the automation of business processes. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its go-to-market efforts and build out its research team.The company currently reports between 1.5 million and 2 million monthly active users and has reached USD 120 million in annual recurring revenue. Emergent maintains operations in the US and India.

Between Sep 2024 and Jan 2026, Emergent Labs had attracted about $ 100 M from Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed Ventures, Prosus Ventures, SoftBank Corp, Together Fund, Y Combinator Continuity Fund, Others.For FY25, Emergent Labs had reported about INR 3 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.32 Cr in PAT.
