AI compute infrastructure-focused Turiyam raises $4-M led by Ankur Capital

Bengaluru-based AI compute infrastructure-focused startup Turiyam.ai has raised USD 4 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Ankur Capital and Axilor’s early-stage focused Micelio Fund.Founded in 2024 by Sanchayan Sinha, Parag Jain, and Praveen Jain, Turiyam is building AI compute infrastructure for inference workloads, combining custom hardware and software through co-design. Its hybrid memory architecture and compiler-led optimisation are aimed at maximising throughput, improving performance-per-watt, and reducing total cost of ownership.The new funds will be used to accelerate product development, expand its team, and support early deployments with enterprises and data centres in India and overseas. A portion of the funds will also be allocated to expand research and development and for commercial deployments.
