AI-enabled data analytics co. Impetus raises $350-M from Kedaara Capital
Noida-based data analytics and enterprise AI (artificial intelligence) solutions provider Impetus Technologies has raised USD 350 million from private equity firm Kedaara Capital.Founded in 1996 by Praveen Kankariya, Impetus offers data and AI solutions to large enterprises. The company claims that its flagship software product LeapLogic helps businesses load their legacy ETL, data warehouse, and analytics systems to any cloud with up to 95% automation.The proceeds from the investment will be used to drive innovation in its data and AI business and expand the company’s footprint globally.
For FY24, Impetus had reported about INR 730 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 86 Cr in PAT.
