AI-enabled legal-tech startup Nyayanidhi nets $2-M led by 3one4 Capital
Bengaluru-based legal-tech startup Nyayanidhi has raised USD 2 million (INR 17.7 crore) in its seed round. The funding round was led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from DeVC, PeerCheque, Force Ventures, and angel investors Jar cofounder Nishchay AG. Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali, and Pratik Pany, Nyayanidhi uses AI to assist advocates in automating legal documentation, court filings, and multilingual translations. The platform also collaborates with lawyers, integrating their legal expertise and sectoral insights with its AI platform to automate litigation management.The freshly raised capital will be deployed to expand its network of advocate partners, enhance its AI product suite, increase market presence, and strengthen government partnerships.
