AI-first contact centre platform for enterprises Dialflo raises Rs1.7 Cr led by AJVC
Bengaluru-based Dialflo has raised INR 1.7 Cr in seed funding from AJVC. The transaction included participation from angel investors Afsar Ahmad, Jani and Arpit Dave.Founded in 2024, Dialflo operates an AI-first contact centre platform for enterprises. The company provides a hybrid model that integrates human agents with AI agents and uses an attribution engine to track operational actions, linking them to customer experience and return on investment. The company serves enterprises including Tata Digital, Intugine, and Careernet.Dialflo plans to use the new capital to expand its engineering and AI teams, strengthen its attribution engine, and onboard additional enterprise customers. Dialflo aims to expand to 20 enterprise customers within the next six months and plans to focus its expansion efforts on India and the Middle East over the next two to three quarters.
