AI-focused cybersecurity firm 63SATS Cybertech raises Rs.245-Cr
Mumbai-based 63SATS Cybertech , a subsidiary of 63 Moons Technologies Ltd, has raised INR 245 crore from an investor consortium including Mathew Cyriac, Mukul Agarwal of Param Capital Group, Siddarth Mehta of Bay Capital (in his personal capacity), KIFS Finstock, and Aarii Ventures. The fundraise places the company's post-money valuation at INR 1,161 crore on a fully diluted basis.Founded in 2024, 63SATS Cybertech focuses on cybersecurity for AI, protecting AI systems, data pipelines, models, and decision layers from cyber threats. It offers cybersecurity solutions for enterprises, government, and consumers. These include Cyber Security Force for B2B, Cyberdome for B2G, and CYBX for B2C.The company plans to deploy the capital towards product innovation, expanding consumer cybersecurity offerings and privacy-first solutions, strengthening Security Operations Centre (SOC) operations and threat intelligence capabilities, hiring talent, and for geographic expansion, ecosystem partnerships, and other product purposes.
