AI infra and cloud platform provider Neysa to raise $200-M from Blackstone, OTPP, others

Mumbai-based Neysa plans to raise USD 200 million led by Blackstone, with participation from Canada’s Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP), TVS Capital, Nexus Venture Partners and 360 ONE Asset. This financing is part of a larger USD 1.2 Billion funding round, with Blackstone acting as the majority shareholder.Founded in 2023 by Sharad Sanghi and Anindya Das, Neysa designs and develops AI systems and provides GPU-based AI infrastructure for enterprises and institutions across sectors such as financial services, technology, healthcare, and public services.The company plans to use the new funds to scale its operations and deploy over 20,000 graphics processing units (GPUs) in India to meet the rising demand for AI-led services.

Between Mar 2024 and Feb 2026, Neysa had attracted about USD 1253 M from Anchorage Capital Partners, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Z47, 360 ONE, Blackstone, Ontario Teachers Pension Plan , TVS Capital and others.For FY25, Neysa had reported about INR 12 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 55 Cr in Net Loss.
