AI research firm Fuzzy Dynamics in talks with Lightspeed, GA to raise $12-M

San Francisco- and Bengaluru-based frontier AI research firm Fuzzy Dynamics (FYDY) is in talks to raise USD 12-M in its maiden funding round co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. Founded in 2025 by Alapan Chaudhuri, Shivansh Subramanian, Anvay Karmore, Tanishq Chaudhary, and Zeeshan Ahmed, FYDY operates in stealth mode. The company is developing cognitive machines designed to learn continuously from experience, with the long-term objective of building safe artificial superintelligence that can act autonomously in real-world environments.The firm will use the funds to support its research initiatives and scale its team across India and the USA.
