AI-research startup Gibran raises $2.6 M from Together Fund
AI research startup Gibran has raised USD 2.6 million in seed funding from Together Fund.Co-founded by Govind Balakrishnan, Srikant Chakravarti and Suzanne Sadedin, Gibran is developing models that merge large language models (LLMs) with nature-inspired systems, aiming to create AI that can recombine known patterns into novel ideas. It claims to draw on principles from evolutionary biology and complex adaptive systems to rethink how artificial intelligence collaborates with people in open-ended, non-linear ways.
