Bangalore- and Palo Alto, CA (USA)-based startup TrueLark is being acquired by NYSE-listed, Lehi, UT (USA)-based Weave Communications. The deal marks an exit for Speciale Invest.TrueLark helps service businesses in the US - from dental practices to med spas and salons - to use AI for automating customer engagement, appointment scheduling, and revenue generation.

Between Nov-17 and Mar-19, True Lark had attracted about USD 6 M from Pi Ventures, Speciale Invest, BluePointe Ventures and Others
