AI security startup Unbound raises $4-M led by US-based investors

Unbound , a Coimbatore, TN- and San Francisco, CA (USA)-based startup focused on enterprise AI security and governance, has raised USD 4 million in an oversubscribed seed funding round led by Race Capital, with participation from other US-based investors including Wayfinder Ventures, Y Combinator, Massive Tech Ventures and several prominent angel investors.Co-founded by Rajaram Srinivasan, the company aims to address growing concerns around uncontrolled use of generative AI tools within large organisations by providing IT teams with visibility, control and real-time protection over AI workflows. The startup also intends to deepen integrations across the AI ecosystem and enhance support for internal model orchestration, helping organisations safely adopt open-source large language models.
