AI solutions provider for enterprises Kore.ai raises funding
Hyderabad- and Orlando, Florida (USA)-based Kore.ai , an enterprise AI and agentic solutions company, has received an investment led by AllianceBernstein Private Credit Investors. The deal also includes continued backing by Vistara Growth, Beedie Capital and Sweetwater Private Equity.Founded by Raj Koneru, Kore.ai provides a platform that helps organizations automate workflows, manage AI agents, and build AI-based systems for customer service, employee support, and business processes. Its software is designed to scale across large enterprises and can be integrated with existing systems through partnerships and third-party tools. The firm has offices in India, the UK, the Middle East, Japan, and South Korea.The new capital will be used to expand sales and marketing efforts, strengthen relationships with customers globally, and speed up development of its AI agent platform.
Between Jan 2018 and Jan 2024, Kore.ai had attracted about USD 246 M from Dallas Venture Capital, FTV Capital, Vistara Growth and others.For FY24, Kore.ai had reported about INR 241 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 23 Cr in PAT.
