AI startup Pramaana Labs raises $27-M in seed funding
Bengaluru- and San Francisco-based AI verification and accountability platform Pramaana Labs has raised USD 27-M in a seed funding round led by Khosla Ventures along with participation from Accel, BoldCap, Nexus Venture Partners, and Premji Invest.Founded in 2025 by IIT Madras alumni Ranjan Rajagopalan, Krishnan Raghavan and Sanjay Ganapathy, Pramaana Labs builds AI systems that provide machine-verifiable outputs for regulated sectors.The company intends to use the capital to train its formalisation and prover models, expand its research team, and recruit domain experts across industries including taxation, healthcare diagnostics, cybersecurity, and financial compliance.
In Nov 2025, Pramaana Labs had attracted funding from Accel India, Boldcap Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Others.
