AI startup Simplismart raises $9-M led by Dallas Venture Capital

Bengaluru-based Simplismart is to raise USD 9 million in Series B funding round led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from existing investors Accel India and Shastra VC, and new investor Micromax Informatics. Other participants in the round include Tarusa Capital and Simraan Teckchandani.Founded in 2022 by former Oracle and Google engineers Amritanshu Jain and Devansh Ghatak, Simplismart develops AI infrastructure software that enables enterprises to deploy, manage, and optimize production-grade AI models without writing code. The company offers an inference-first platform designed to improve GPU utilization and reduce inference costs across various workloads, including large language models, vision language models, speech recognition, and image and video generation. Simplismart counts Tata 1mg, Mindtickle, InVideo, and Dashtoon among its customers.

Between Oct 2022 and Sep 2024, Simplismart had attracted about $ 8 M from Accel India, Dallas Venture Capital, Shastra VC, Titan Capital and others.For FY25, Simplismart had reported about INR 1.22 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 9 Cr in Net loss.
