Alpha Alternatives acquires four road assets for Rs.7,500-Cr
Alpha Alternatives has acquired four operational road assets with an enterprise value of approximately Rs.7,500-Cr through its Build India Infrastructure Fund. The assets were purchased from Ap Co Infratech, KCC Buildcon, and Welspun Group.The portfolio comprises operational Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) and annuity projects originally awarded by the National Highways Authority of India and the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation. With this transaction, the fund has invested in 25 road projects across nine states and one Union Territory over the past two years, reaching a cumulative enterprise value of about Rs.25,000-Cr.The firm plans to leverage the assets, which have a residual concession life of approximately 14 years, to create long-term value for stakeholders. Additionally, Alpha Alternatives has partnered with Dilip Buildcon to improve capabilities across the infrastructure asset lifecycle, spanning from construction to operations.
