Ankur Kathuria, a senior director at Alpha Wave Global, is set to exit the firm and is preparing to launch a mid-market private equity-style fund with a target corpus of INR 1,000 crore in collaboration with Aamir Zeb from Carlyle.The proposed investment vehicle will focus on identifying opportunities across various sectors, including enterprise technology and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
