Alpha Wave exits Aye Finance via bulk deals worth Rs.323-Cr
Alpha Wave Global has exited the Gurugram-based MSME-focused NBFC Aye Finance following the sale of its remaining 7.78% stake through bulk deals on the BSE. The firm’s unit, Alpha Wave India I, offloaded approximately 1.92 crore shares in two separate tranches, each consisting of 95.94 lakh shares. The transactions were executed at weighted average prices of Rs.168.19 and Rs.168.02 per share, resulting in total realisation of about Rs.322.6-Cr.Founded in 2014 by Sanjay Sharma and Vikram Jetley, Aye Finance reported assets under management of Rs.7,324-Cr and a net profit of Rs.74.5-Cr for the first quarter of FY27.
Alpha Wave Global first invested in Aye Finance in Mar 2019. The company went public in Feb-2026, as part of which, Alpha Wave Global had made a part exit.For FY26, Aye Finance had reported about INR 1,814.73 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 193.63 Cr in PAT.
