Alpha Wave exits Delhivery with Rs.665-Cr share sale
Alpha Wave Global has sold shares worth about INR 665 crore in Gurugram-based logistics firm Delhivery through a series of bulk deals on the BSE and the NSE. The latest transaction involved the sale of the investor’s balance 1.44 Cr shares, representing nearly 2% of the company's total outstanding share capital.Alpha Wave initially invested in the company prior to its 2021 IPO and participated as an anchor investor during the public offering in May 2022.
