Alpha Wave Ventures sells 1.7% stake in eyewear retailer Lenskart for Rs.1,857-Cr
Alpha Wave Ventures has offloaded a 1.7% stake in Gurugram-based omnichannel eyewear company Lenskart through a series of block deals totalling INR 1,856.8 Cr. The venture capital firm sold 2.94 Cr shares at INR 630 per share.
Alpha Wave first invested in May 2021.The company went public in Oct 2025, as part of which, Alpha Wave had made a part exit. It subsequently sold shares in May 2026.
